The record for releasing an extraordinary e-magazine ‘KPStellar’ during the pandemic was set by Krishnagar Public School , West Bengal . The quarterly (April - June) senior secondary school e-magazine includes contributions from the teachers, students and their parents. The magazine was made available on the school website on July 28, 2020. During the current pandemic when most schools are barely able to function through few virtual classes, this is one-of-a-kind initiative, as confirmed on August 10, 2020. On asking what inspired this school to make this record, the principal replied, “The nation-wide lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic altered the lives of the students, teachers and parents leading to self-isolation turning it extremely stressful.   Bulandshahr (UP) : Padmashri Kailash Kher, the veteran singer and only spiritual musician of Bollywood, who keeps awaking the society from time to time, has requested the Bulandshahar residents through his song to cast their votes in bypolls scheduled on November 3. In Uttar Pradesh, by-elections are to be held on seven assembly seats in the first week of November, while the counting of votes will take place on November 10. Apart from Bulandshahar, Naugaon Saadat, Tundla, Bangarmau, Ghatampur, Deoria and Halhani are the other seats. District Election Officer and District Magistrate of Bulandshahar, Ravindra Kumar (IAS), had requested the singer to create public awareness for the by-election.
