Multiple activities to mark YPS Patiala's 75th foundation year
Patiala : YPS, Patiala , an iconic legacy school and one of India 's most prestigious schools, is all set to celebrate its 75th foundation year. A host of activities have been planned to mark 75 years of the school's existence, culminating in the momentous 'Foundation Celebration' in February 2023. “A lot many activities will be conducted throughout the year as YPS Patiala enters into its 75th glorious year. A mountaineering expedition and inter-school online sessions on ‘Regional Ethnic Diversity’ among others will be held,” said Raja Malvinder Singh, Chairman of the School Board of Governors. According to Director, Major General Sanjiv Varma, VSM (Retd), there would be an Inter- School MUN, a Girls Hockey Tournament, an Inter-School Squash Competition, an Inter-School Shooting Competition, a conclave for Heads of Schools, and a gala Foundation Day programme in February 2023.
