Chandigarh : AIPL Group, a leading real estate development entity, is all set to invest Rs 500 crore in  Punjab  over the next three years as a part of its expansion plan in the residential and retail sectors. Giving his views on AIPL's mega expansion plans for Punjab, Pankaj Pal, Group Executive Director, AIPL said, "The investment, will be a befitting testimonial of the post-pandemic green shoots in the realty sector for the region, and will spur the growth of the real estate industry in Punjab and help AIPL to further consolidate itself as a key realty player in the state." An ace housing and commercial infra developer, AIPL Group has so far delivered four projects in Punjab – two residential and two commercial –, and two ongoing projects.   Chandigarh : In what is set to give a big boost to tricity’s economy and business ambience, Zirakpur's  Oxford Street has become a most sought after avenue for top global and national brands. The region’s first high street - a focal point for retailing – Oxford Street , offers the feel of a high street akin to those which exist in the United Kingdom .  A flagship project of Royal Estate Group (REG), which has been able to rope in all major brands and even Unicorns will soon be abuzz with business activities as the occupants are currently doing fit outs. “Presently, 15 brands are engaged in fit outs, while 10 others are in the pipeline,” said Piyush Kansal, Director, REG. Some of the brands in Oxford Street that are in fit-out stage are Tata-Zudio, Reliance SMART, in clothing there's Jockey, Numero Uno. In the startup space there's the renowned unicorn Spinny.
