TV star Sana Sayyad gets married to Imaad Shamsi


Television star Sana Sayyad tied the knot with Imaad Shamsi on Friday. The Divya Drishti actor took to her Instagram stories to share clicks from the ‘nikaah’.

Sana and Imaad, who’ve known each other since their college days, had an intimate yet fun-filled nikaah ceremony with their family and close friends in attendance.

In several videos shared by Sana Sayyad and her fan pages, we also see the bride and groom shaking a leg with the guests.

Sana Sayyad and Imaad Shamsi’s wedding festivities began earlier this week with a haldi ceremony. They followed it up with a mehendi ceremony on Thursday.

Sana Sayyad rose to fame with Splitsvilla. After a couple of youth shows, she made it big with the supernatural drama Divya Drishti. She was last seen in Lockdown Ki Love Story.

Recorded Music Performance Ltd (RMPL) in action mode on copyright infringement

Gandhinagar, Gujarat:  The Recorded Music Performance Ltd (RMPL) the sole Copyright Society registered by the Government of India for managing Sound Recordings, has filed a suit for copyright infringement for songs played at the Gujarat Titans games played at Narendra Modi Stadium, in Ahmedabad on behalf of one of its members. It is to be noted that a police complaint for copyright infringement of a song against Punjab Kings (PBKS) has been filed by RMPL in Mohali near  Chandigarh. A police complaint has also been made in Lucknow against Lucknow Supergiants (LSG). Mr. Sowmya Chowdhury, CEO of RMPL stated that RMPL is on its way to creating a platform in India where all Music Labels registered with RMPL, will get their rightful dues. “We ensure that the users of the music belonging to our members are provided due information about the Copyright Act well in advance. Court orders attachment of PSPCL XEN’s salary for denial of connection to MM Builders

Mohali (SAS Nagar):  In what deals a severe blow to the efforts of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann to improve the ease of doing business and anti-corruption drive in the state, Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) is not releasing electricity connection to a commercial entity notwithstanding the directions of the court. The permanent Lok Adalat of SAS Nagar on May 20, 2022, had directed the PSPCL to release the electricity connection to M/s MM Builders, which runs Sky Jumper in  Oxford Street , Zirakpur owned by S M Hotel. The court also ordered the attachment of salary of HS Oberai, XEN, Zirakpur Division, and PSPCL. The court has termed the action of PSPCL as contempt of the orders of the Permanent Lok Adalat.
